Heating (Microwave Only)
Place the heat pack flat in the centre of a clean, dry microwave.
Heat according to the size of your heat pack:
Small (e.g. eye pillow): 30β45 seconds
Medium (e.g. neck wrap): 60β90 seconds
Large (e.g. body pack): 90β120 seconds
Check the temperature carefully before use, especially if applying to sensitive skin areas.
If more heat is needed, reheat in 15-second increments, checking after each one.
π₯ Maximum heating time should not exceed 2 minutes in one session.
-
Seal the heat pack in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour for a soothing cold pack.
Great for use on swelling, inflammation, or headaches.
-
Always follow heating times and never overheat β lupins can burn or ignite if overheated.
Allow the pack to cool completely between uses.
Do not use in a conventional or fan-forced oven.
Do not wet or wash the heat pack β spot clean only with a damp cloth and let air dry completely before reheating.
Avoid use on infants or people with reduced sensitivity, unless supervised.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture.
Replace your heat pack if you notice scorching, an unusual smell, or damage.
Microwave heat packs carry a risk of fire if overheated or used incorrectly. Follow the instructions carefully, never exceed recommended heating times, and regularly check for signs of wear.
-
Spot clean only β do not submerge in water.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a clean container or fabric bag.
Optional: Add a few drops of essential oil to the outer fabric (not directly to the lupin filling) for a relaxing aromatherapy experience.
